Chinese traditional Festival ---- "Zhong Qiu Jie" which is also known the Mid-Autumn Festival is coming, it is celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th month of the lunar calendar. The festival was later given a mythological flavour with legends of Chang-E, the beautiful lady in the moon.

As the round full moon on the Mid-Autumn Festival night symbolizes completeness, tends to inspire people's anticipation for a family reunion, the festival is a day for the nostalgia for home and families and prayer for a bumper harvest and future happiness.

On that day people usually get together with their families and have a nice meal. After that, people always eat delicious moon cakes while enjoying the bright, full moon. Moon cakes are the special food for this festival. There are many kinds of moon cakes. They are small round cakes with meat, nuts, dried fruits or something sweet inside.
